Common Questions

Can I get samples before placing an order?

Yes, samples are available for serious buyers. Please note that courier charges are at the buyer's cost. Typical sample size is 1–2 kg per grade.

Can you do custom bag printing?

Yes. Custom printed bags are available with a minimum order of 1 container (25 MT). Lead time is typically 2–3 weeks from design approval to shipment.

What are your payment terms?

Standard: 30% advance, 70% against copy Bill of Lading. We also accept Irrevocable Letter of Credit at sight. Other arrangements available on request.

How long does shipment take after order confirmation?

Typically 7–14 working days from order confirmation to container gate-out at the port. This depends on harvest season, stock availability, and port congestion.
